Every month, we highlight one of our recent modular homes as our featured “Home of the Month.” September’s modular home of the month is an accessory dwelling unit built for a client’s family member.
What is an accessory dwelling unit or ADU? In short, ADUs by definition are smaller, independent supplements to the primary residence on the property.
In this case, our client wanted to have her mother live near her but with her own space. The ADU fit the bill with 960 square feet of living space.
The interior boasts a gorgeous kitchen with fresh navy cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors.
This modern feel is carried throughout the home.
