January’s House of the Month is a beautiful custom colonial in Harrison, New York with 3,078 square feet and features five bedrooms and four and a half baths. The owners had the devastating experience of losing their home to a flood. As they loved the location and did not want to move, they decided to rebuild using modular construction.
