Westchester Modular Homes Builds 8000th Home
The parent company of Westchester Modular Homes Construction Corp. (WMHCC), Westchester Modular Homes, has just constructed its 8000th home.
The home, a 4,600 square-foot modern colonial-style home with six bedrooms and five and a half baths was delivered to Martha’s Vineyard by barge.
The home was built in seven days in the quality-controlled factory environment in Wingdale, NY – the same factory where WMHCC builds all of its homes.
Like all WMH modular homes, the client was able to visualize the design process using the WMH state-of-the-art design center. WMH also worked closely with the client to secure permits and take all of the necessary steps to ensure a smooth and turnkey process.
