Every month, we highlight one of our recent modular homes as our featured “Home of the Month.” June’s home of the month, located in Dover Plains, NY, has an interesting story.
Our client for this month’s home is the owner of a very special farm – all of the proceeds from the farm go to charitable giving. Our client wanted beautiful, new accommodations for the staff that works on the farm and turned to Westchester Modular Homes Construction Corp. to create beautiful, new housing.
The home is a 3,325 Cape-style home with five bedrooms and three and a half baths. The exterior features a charming front porch.
The spacious interior has a neutral palette. The kitchen features modern fixtures and stainless-steel appliances.
The bath has a modern feel with a fresh, white color scheme and dark fixtures.
