Westchester Modular Homes, an Employee-Owned Company, is looking for highly motivated individuals interested in becoming part of a dynamic Sales Team. Although sales and construction experience are a plus, we will train the right person. Must be ambitious, personable, and have excellent communication and computer skills. Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Follow up on leads and make sales calls to potential customers
- Guide clients through home design, permit, & construction process
- Prospecting realtors, architects, and engineers to develop working relationships
- Lead qualification
- Closing strategies
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Computer literate
