Sales Manager
Vinny brings a unique blend of industry expertise, experience, and customer-centric approach to the table. His journey began when he dove into the world of construction during his college summer breaks, working closely with general contractors to learn the essentials of building homes. Vinny joined Westchester Modular Construction Corp. in 2005 and since then has helped hundreds of clients build their dream homes using the latest modular innovation.

Joe Ferrazza
Builder Representative
Joe joined Westchester Modular Homes Construction Corp. in 2014. With a background in insurance and many years of experience in helping clients design and build their homes, he is a seasoned professional who can assist with everything from securing a permit to helping clients finalize the finishing touches on their home.

Michael Britt
Builder Representative
Michael joined Westchester Modular Homes Construction Corp. in 2022. Prior to working at Westchester Modular Homes, Michael worked in home contracting and in varying sales positions at increasingly senior roles. Today he works closely with clients from initial design ideas to finalizing home finishing details.

 

Dean Barile
Builder Representative
Dean is an experienced and accomplished professional with over 30 years of business experience and is well-versed in project management and home design. Dean is also an established marketing and sales development leader having built numerous teams throughout his career. In his spare time, Dean enjoys reading and writing, and is a self-described Revolutionary War buff and an admirer of our Founding Fathers.

Project Manager
Since joining the Westchester Modular Homes team in 2019, Paul has brough a wealth of expertise. As a dedicated Project Manager, Paul’s role is pivotal, as he oversees all construction activities, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures that every home is crafted with precision quality and to client expectations.

Meet Patrick, the Operations Manager at our model home in Rock Tavern, NY. With a commitment to excellence, Patrick oversees the turnkey builds working directly with clients through the entire process from initial design to certificate of occupancy.

Project Manager
Will is a recent addition to the Westchester Modular Homes team, joining in 2023. As project manager, Will oversees the construction process for clients and coordinates subcontractors to ensure that homes are built to meet client needs and specifications.
