Here’s your opportunity to go online and select your carpeting, kitchen cabinets, lighting package, bathroom fixtures plus an array of hundreds of options — all in the comfort of your own home or office, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Once you’ve started the design process with an authorized Westchester Modular Builder, you’ll be given a special user name and password to access this part of our website. Designing your new home is a rewarding experience, and now these services are brought to you online and in virtual reality. We invite you to discover a world of Westchester design choices and options to create your new dream home.

Choose from over 60 standard designs that range from colonials, ranches, split levels and capes. For homes over 4,000 square feet, we also offer exclusive luxury home design services. We provide in-house computer aided design that includes virtual tours of our products.

Based on your needs and lifestyle, we welcome modifications of standard designs to create a truly custom home for you and your family.
